West Ham loan star Lanzini has impressed this season.
The Argentine playmaker, 22, arrived at West Ham on a season-long loan deal from Al Jazira Club, and has so far excelled in the Premier League.
He has netted two goals and registered one assist in nine league appearances, and alongside Dimitri Payet and Victor Moses, the trio have been three of the best attacking players in the division.
Despite appearing very lightweight and unable to cope with the rigours of the physical side of the Premier League, Lanzini has overcome such issues with his exceptional technical ability.
He is fantastic on the ball, and his vision to create chances and goalscoring opportunities in top class, and the only area of his play that needs to be worked on is his finishing.
Lanzini should have scored more than two goals this term, and is fairly wasteful in front of goal.
However, he seems aware of this fact, and has been working on his goalscoring in training, as evident by a video posted on the official West Ham Twitter account.

Running at goal, Lanzini chips a delightful finish into the back of the net, in much the same way he should have scored in West Ham’s victory over Chelsea two weeks ago.
Lanzini has been one of the stars of the season, but if he can further improve his goalscoring, the youngster will add another arrow to an already exceptional quiver.
