Roberto Martinez has confirmed at his press conference on Thursday - covered by the club's official Twitter account - that all is quiet on the Everton transfer front.
However, Martinez has played down the rumours that they will be active in the New Year, with the Spaniard saying there is simply nothing to report.

Everton brought in the likes of Ramiro Funes Mori and Gerard Deulofeu during the summer transfer window, and it seems that Martinez is relatively satisfied with his current options.
Although the Merseyside outfit have suffered with a series of injury problems throughout the campaign, they have showcased the strength of their squad over the early part of the season.
Tyias Browning and Brendan Galloway have both stepped up from the youth team and performed admirably for the senior side, and Martinez obviously doesn’t want to block their progression by adding more players for them to compete with.
Everton are currently sat in ninth place in the Premier League table, with their next fixture coming against high-flying West Ham United at the weekend.
