The West Ham United players were training today ahead of Saturday afternoon’s Premier League clash against Everton at home.
West Ham will head into the game at the Boleyn Ground on the back of a 2-0 defeat to Watford away from home at Vicarage Road.
Despite the lose, the Hammers will be confident of a positive result against Merseyside outfit Everton.
The West Ham players were training today, and among those attending the session was Alex Song.
The former Arsenal midfielder, who joined the Hammers on a season-long loan deal from Barcelona in the summer transfer window, has been injured so far this season.
However, the fact that the 28-year-old is back in training suggests that he will regain his full fitness soon and will be available for selection before long.
Another West Ham player who was training today was Dimitri Payet, who moved to the London outfit from Marseille in the summer.
The 28-year-old attacking midfielder has been one of the best players in the Premier League so far this season, scoring five goals and creating 43 chances in 11 appearances.
Despite his good form this campaign, Payet has once again failed to get a call-up to the France national team.
However, the former Lille start did not look concerned about it in training today.
