The Rams will take on Forest away from home at the City Ground in the Championship.
Clement’s side will head into the game as favourites, but the Derby boss has highlighted how danger the Reds are in terms of creating chances.
“Forest create a lot of chances and they are very dangerous,” said the Englishman. “We will have to defend well against them at the City Ground.
"It's another match where complacency must not come into our game. We have to be spot on tomorrow night.”
Forest are struggling at the moment while Derby are on a roll, but that does not mean that the Rams can be complacent.
Playing at home will give Dougie Freedman’s side an advantage, and they do have some good players who can make the difference.
Clement has also given an update on the injury situation at Derby ahead of Friday evening’s match.
Clement: "Craig Forsyth has injured his ACL so that's a very disappointing outcome. He is seeing the surgeon that operated on @wjhughes19"— Derby County (@dcfcofficial) November 5, 2015
Clement: "@StephenWarnock3 is fine and trained today. He got a cut above his eye but he will be fine for tomorrow night's game"— Derby County (@dcfcofficial) November 5, 2015
Derby are currently fifth in the standings with 30 points from 15 matches, just a point behind leaders Hull City.
Meanwhile, Forest find themselves as low as 19th in the Championship table with just 14 points from 15 matches, only four points above the relegation zone.
