Tottenham travel to Arsenal for the North London Derby on Sunday.
Both Spurs and Arsenal will be looking to continue their fine form this season when they take on each other this weekend, and Micky Hazard has taken to his personal Twitter account to preview the game - calling it Tottenham’s hardest fixture of the season.
Looking forward to the Ar5ena1 game on Sunday, I love NLD day, will be our toughest game of season and I hope like last year Harry steps up— Micky Hazard (@1MickyHazard) November 5, 2015
Hazard, a true Spurs legend, has expressed his hope that Harry Kane steps up again, after his winning performance against the Gunners last season. After missing the squad for the first North London Derby of last season - a 1-1 draw - Kane started the second tie, and scored both goals in a 2-1 win for Spurs.
It was a true game winning performance, and one which had the Spurs fans calling Kane’s name, and it appears as if the 22-year-old forward is starting to hit form at the perfect time this season.
He has netted four goals in his last two games, and the Arsenal defence will have to come up against a Tottenham team currently in good form.
The last time the two teams met was in September, playing in the third round of the League Cup at White Hart Lane. Arsenal came away with the victory, thanks to a brace from Mathieu Flamini, although they were knocked out in the next round by Sheffield Wednesday.
The game promises to be a tough task for both Arsenal and Spurs, with both teams in good form, and Hazard is correct to single out Kane as the player who could make the difference if he steps up to top form against the Gunners.
