Gary O’Neil reacts on Twitter to Ramsey sacking, Bardsley suggests his replacement

Norwich City midfielder Gary O’Neil hopes that Queens Park Rangers find a suitable replacement for Chris Ramsey.

Norwich City midfielder Gary O’Neil has taken to social networking site Twitter to urge Queens Park Rangers to find the right replacement for Chris Ramsey.

Ramsey has been sacked as the QPR head coach following a run of disappointing results in the Championship this season.

Neil Warnock, who has been acting as an advisor at the club, has been placed in temporary charge of the first team.

Former QPR midfielder O’Neil, now on the books of Premier League side Norwich, hopes that the London outfit find a suitable manager to take the club forward.

Meanwhile, former QPR defender David Bardsley has suggested on Twitter that the Championship outfit should appoint ex-Rangers midfielder Shaun Derry as their new boss.

QPR are 13th in the Championship table at the moment with 19 points from 15 matches, six points behind sixth-place Birmingham City.

Rangers will take on Preston North End at Loftus Road in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
