Everton defender Brendan Galloway has told the club's official website that he has been impressed with West Ham this season - particularly Dimitri Payet.
Galloway, 19, joined the Toffees from Milton Keynes Dons in 2014, and was seen as being one for the future by manager Roberto Martinez before he made his Premier League debut against West Ham at the end of last season.
Now, Galloway is likely to play at Upton Park again this weekend, with Leighton Baines still ruled out injured - and the teenager is looking forward to facing West Ham again.
The England Under-21 international has been discussing the Hammers' season so far during an interview with the Everton official website, with ex-Toffees defender Slaven Bilic faring well with West Ham so far.
Bilic has overseen wins over the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City, and is now looking to bounce back having lost 2-0 at Watford last weekend.
Galloway has been impressed with what West Ham have done this season, admitting that they 'can be a joy to watch' under Bilic, whilst he also pinpointed playmaker Dimitri Payet as West Ham's main attacking threat.
"They’ve been doing really well," said Galloway. "Some of the players they have brought in have added a bit of an extra threat, especially [Dimitri] Payet. I’ve watched him closely and he’s probably been their star player so far this season. They can be a joy to watch but I just want to focus on the game and I think we can go there and get the three points," he added.
With five goals and three assists for West Ham since signing from Marseille over the summer, Payet has been in sensational form - and he will certainly be Bilic's biggest hope of claiming a win over Everton this weekend.
