The Tottenham Hotspur teenager scored two more goals this week.
Tottenham Hotspur have so many talented teenagers coming through the ranks that it would be easy to be unsure who to get the most excited about. But a player who should be near the top of most Spurs fans’ lists is 18-year-old Shayon Harrison.
The forward was in sensational form for Tottenham’s under-18s last season and now he is showing what he can do for the under-21s.
On Tuesday evening, just 24 hours after Tottenham’s senior side had defeated Aston Villa 3-1 at White Hart Lane, Harrison turned on the style for the under-21s in the Premier League International Cup against German side Schalke.
Tottenham’s youngsters won 3-1 with Harrison scoring a brace and midfielder Luke Amos also finding the back of the net, and it was another step in the right direction for Ugo Ehiogu’s team.
Harrison has already scored four goals and provided three assists in eight U21 Premier League matches this season and another brace means he could soon be knocking on Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino’s door.
