Derby secured a 1-0 victory over QPR on Tuesday evening, thanks to a goal from summer signing Andreas Weimann.
The strike, which clinched a 1-0 win, ensured that Derby remain just one point off the top of the table, sitting in fifth place with 30 points.
Derby are one of the form teams in the division, and have now truly with their stride after a slow start to the campaign.
Weimann has hit a purple patch of form, netting two in two games, and he took to his Twitter account after the game to praise his teammates for their ‘massive performance’ against QPR.
