Chelsea, who won the Premier League title last season, could miss out on a top-four finish this campaign.
Jose Mourinho’s side are 15th in the standings at the moment with 11 points from as many matches, just four points above the relegation zone.
The London outfit have been poor all season, and manager Mourinho has come under huge pressure.
However, Fabregas’s tweets suggest that the players are confident that things will improve in the coming weeks and months.
Chelsea will take on Dynamo Kiev at Stamford Bridge in the Champions League Group G on Wednesday evening.
The Blues will then face Stoke City away from home at the Britannia Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday.
