Wolves apologise to Liverpool loanee Sheyi Ojo after spelling his name wrong

Sheyi Ojo scored a vital goal for Wolves at the weekend.

Liverpool sensation Sheyi Ojo continues to build his impressive reputation, netting once again at the weekend for loan club Wolves.

This goal was more special than any other he has netted in his career to date. It was a superb curling effort from the edge of the box late in the game against Midlands rivals Birmingham City.

His 74th minute strike at St Andrews put Wolves 2-0 up, and that is how it ended, securing a memorable away win.

Wolves even got a bit over excited on their official Twitter feed, managing to spell his name incorrectly when announcing his goal.

Admitting their error, they posted another tweet explaining they got caught up in the moment.

Ojo himself took to social media after the game to express how much scoring in such a big game meant to him, showing that he grasped how important the occasion was to supporters.

The goal was Ojo's second Championship goal of the season, adding to another he scored in the Capital One Cup. He also has four assists to his name in all competitions.

The 18-year-old is making a real name for himself at Wolves, and it may not be long until he is scoring goals for Liverpool.
