Surprise reports are linking Bayern Munich with an interest in Harry Kane.
Pep Guardiola's side, who have won three successive Bundesliga titles, have great attacking players such as Arjen Robben, Thomas Muller and Robert Lewandowski already, but it seems that Guardiola is still looking for more threats in the final third.
The Sun state that Bayern have sent scouts to watch Tottenham hero Kane on three occasions, ahead of a possible move for the England international next summer.
Kane, 22, has come up through the ranks at White Hart Lane, and has made himself a hero amongst Spurs supporters having smashed 31 goals in all competitions for the club last season.
This season has been a little tougher for Kane, but he hit a hat-trick against Bournemouth last week, with fans now hoping that he can rekindle his best form.
Regardless, his exploits in front of goal last season appear to have attracted plenty of interest in his signature, with The Sun alleging that Bayern have joined Manchester United in the race for his signature.
It's hard to see Bayern really pushing for Kane considering the attacking talent at their disposal already as well as the fee it would take Tottenham to even consider selling, making this one transfer rumour which fans will find difficult to see happening right now.
