The West Brom goalkeeper has been out of action with a knee injury.

West Bromwich Albion have been without their number one goalkeeper since March.

Ben Foster suffered yet another knee injury during an aerial challenge with Peter Crouch. His torn anterior cruciate ligament has kept him out of action ever since and until now he has remained working in the gym.

But he is due back to first-team action in December and today was a big occasion for the keeper, as he was allowed to put boots on again.

He shared this image on his Instagram page earlier today highlighting the latest achievement on the comeback trail:
