Ronny Deila has told Celtic's official Twitter account that midfielder Scott Allan has shown a good attitude, and has even improved a lot during his time with the club.
Allan, 23, was embroiled in one of the longest-running transfer sagas of the summer, with Rangers having a total of three bids rejected for the midfielder, as reported by STV.
Then, in a shock twist, Allan ended up signing for Rangers' fierce Old Firm rivals, Celtic - much to the anger of Rangers fans, who now have to watch as the Scot turns out for their enemy.
However, many of those felt that Allan would struggle to make an impact for Celtic, given that Ronny Deila has the likes of Nir Bitton, Stefan Johansen and Scott Brown in central midfield.
Now, two months after his arrival, Allan has made just two appearances for Celtic, with many fans confused over his situation with the club.
Manager Deila has now chosen to clarify Allan's status with Celtic, stating that he as been improving in training of late, but an injury has curtailed his first-team participation.

Fans will certainly want to see Allan make a big impact, but he may have to bide his time behind established international stars - and Deila seems willing to be patient and bed him in gradually rather than rush in to action following his injury.
