We know it's bad to lose a derby but what is the deal with punching horses?!
We all do things we probably regret when we get mad at a football match, from shouting at your cat to drinking a few too many beers.
However, some folk take it too far - remember that Newcastle fan who took his anger at Newcastle losing another derby game against Sunderland out on a poor police horse by punching it?
Remember how mad that was... right!? Well some more fans have decided to brutally recreate the attack the horse by attacking... a horse statue!

The 'brutal' attack took place in Newcastle City centre, when one rather angry fan decided to attack the Herb Garden's mascot Herby the horse.
Just have a look at this!
The head chef of the Herb Garden Lucy Clinch was not impressed with the attack and told the Chronicle :“Herby is there to generate interest and attract customers because we are in a listed building and can’t have too much signage up.
“I have no idea what comes into their minds, it breaks our hearts every time it happens. Herby is our mascot and it’s not right that he gets attacked.
“He is always poking his head through the front door and people stop to get pictures with him. It’s just a shame.”
Come on Newcastle fans! Leave the horses alone and get your get your team playing some better football!
