Gary Neville had a little fun at Jack Wilshere's expense on Twitter.

Arsenal are in fantastic form at the moment, only edged off the Premier League top spot on goal difference by Manchester City.

They are doing so without influential midfielder Jack Wilshere who has been sidelined all season long with injury.

He is continuing his rehab, aiming to be back in time for 2016, and put in a television appearance on Sky Sports Goals on Sunday at the weekend, joining presenters Chris Kamara and Ben Shepherd.

He posted a picture of himself with the duo onto his Twitter page expressing how much he enjoyed the gig, only to be trolled by none other than Gary Neville.

Neville knows Wilshere as he coaches him in the England set up, and may just have been bored with no 'Monday Night Football' show on, where he features as a co-analyst with former rival Jamie Carragher.

His message prompted several responses from fans, which included digs at Wilshere's ongoing injury misfortune.

Another was just plain angry at Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney's ineffective displays, and used Neville as an outlet to vent.

With Neville's former club Manchester United recently hammered 3-0 by Wilshere's Arsenal, he may end up regretting ribbing the Gooner over his height...
