Gers fans react on Twitter after Wes Foderingham's performance against St. Mirren

Rangers fans hailed Wes Foderingham for his display against St. Mirren.

Rangers made it 11 wins from 11 games in the Scottish Championship this season, following a 1-0 victory over St. Mirren this afternoon.

The Gers have been in blistering form throughout the campaign, but faced a tricky trip to St. Mirren this afternoon, who are managed by former Rangers midfielder Ian Murray.

However, Rangers did grab the win, as midfielder Jason Holt continued his fine recent form with the winning goal on 25 minutes, but Mark Warburton's men had to battle in the second half.

St. Mirren worked goalkeeper Wes Foderingham throughout the game, but the summer signing produced a superb display to keep them at bay.

Foderingham, who joined on a free transfer from Swindon Town over the summer, made a number of saves to preserve Rangers' clean sheet - and fans were certainly pleased with his display.

The Rangers fans took to Twitter after the game to praise Foderingham's display, with many suggesting that he was the best player on the pitch in a poor Rangers display.

After a shaky start to life at Ibrox, Foderingham is now looking assured between the sticks for Rangers - and here are some of the reactions from fans on Twitter after the game...
