Confirmed: Bournemouth and Tottenham line-ups

Here is how Bournemouth and Tottenham Hotspur will line up today:

Bournemouth welcome Tottenham Hotspur to the Vitality Stadium this afternoon as Eddie Howe’s side attempts to pull further away from the bottom three following their recent slump.

Bournemouth are currently 17th in the table having collected eight points from a possible 27 but after being hammered 5-1 by Manchester City last weekend they will be desperate to put that behind them in fine style.

Tottenham are seventh in the table with 14 points to date but they really need a victory after their recent defeat against Anderlecht and draws with Liverpool and Swansea City.

This is the first ever league fixture between the two sides and on the only occasion they have met – in the FA Cup in 1957 – Bournemouth defeated Tottenham 3-1.

While Tottenham are without a win in a while they are in the midst of a fine undefeated streak in the league that stretches back eight matches and Mauricio Pochettino’s men will be quietly confident of keeping that going later today.
