Tom Adeyemi reacts to Rosler sacking, explains what he thinks of German

Uwe Rosler

The Leeds midfielder has given his verdict on the coach, although he admits his successor has already changed things up.

Leeds United midfielder Tom Adeyemi admits he enjoyed working with Uwe Rosler and isn't prepared to criticise the sacked head coach, according to LUTV.

Indeed, it was Rosler who brought the 23-year-old to Elland Road this summer but he will now have to continue his career with the Yorkshire side under the guidance of Steve Evans.

And Evans has already made a noticeable difference at Leeds, Adeyemi says. But that won't change the midfielder's positive opinion of his previous coach.

Adeyemi told LUTV: "I don't want to sit here and say anything against Uwe because he brought me in and I really enjoyed working with him.

"But the new manager has come in and got us fired up. I think that was evident in our performance the other night."

After days of pundits, coaches and players alike saying very similar things, it seems Rosler is exactly as Massimo Cellino described him.

The former Leeds boss was professional, nice to work with - but just too nice, without any fire in his belly.

In Evans, the Yorkshire side have a polar opposite of the German and a man who will no doubt ruffle a few feathers.

The Whites travel to Bolton later today to face a side who have won just once in 12 Championship games - and have the worst goal difference in the division.
