Highly rated teenager Josh Onomah made his Europa League bow in Tottenham's narrow defeat to Anderlecht.
He was sent on by head coach Mauricio Pochettino with the side trailing 2-1 away from home, replacing the ineffective Andros Townsend.
Onomah featured for just the last 10 minutes, and couldn't prevent Tottenham slipping to a loss, but he needed just a short time to impress fans.
In 10 minutes he managed 10 touches, and that was enough to show he may be deserving of a fuller showing.
The England under-19 international came off the bench in the FA Cup last season, and his inclusion in the Spurs squad last night showed the continued faith Pochettino holds in his talent.
He is a central midfielder capable of playing out wide, and a potential future midfield partner for Dele Alli for club and country.
There were few positives for Spurs to take away from their loss in Belgium, but giving Onomah a run out was one reason for supporters to be cheerful.
With injuries biting the squad, the Enfield born 18-year-old can hope for further opportunities in the coming weeks to further impress.
Here is a look at how fans reacted to his brief cameo...
