According to a report in the London Evening Standard, Mauricio Pochettino believes Harry Winks is the Tottenham Hotspur youngster with the most potential for the future.
Spurs have a number of young players starting to move towards the fringes of the first-team squad, but Pochettino reportedly has the highest hopes for Winks.
The 19-year-old has made two appearances for the Lilywhites' senior squad in the last two seasons, and he has regularly been included in match day squads in the Europa League.
Winks has stated this week, to JD Sports' YouTube channel, that playing under Pochettino is perfect for his development, and it seems that he could be handed more opportunities to impress in the future.
Winks was on the bench in Tottenham's most recent fixture against Anderlecht, but he did not manage to make it on to the pitch.
Pochettino, instead, favoured bringing Josh Onomah on, but the youngster couldn't stop the side falling to a 2-1 defeat in Belgium.
Winks and Onomah are just two of the academy graduates exciting Spurs fans at the moment, with Cameron Carter-Vickers and Kazaiah Sterling also highly rated.
