Paul Merson feels Aston Villa will record a win against Swansea.
The former Arsenal midfielder predicts a home win for Aston Villa - another of his former clubs, calling a 1-0 victory.
Merson believes such a result will drag Swansea into a relegation battle, and feels the pressure will be eased on Villa boss Tim Sherwood with a win.
He said: "This is a game where both managers are dreading playing each other because they are both in such bad form, both are struggling.
"If they (Swansea) lose, they'll be three points above Villa and all of sudden Garry Monk is under pressure. Tim Sherwood doesn't need reminding about the situation Villa are in so this is a big football match. I see it being a very cagey game but I've got to go for Villa here."
A win would still see Villa remain in the relegation zone, but it would be a major step in the right direction. Since their opening day win over Bournemouth they have picked up only one point, and only a woeful Sunderland side prevent them being bottom of the Premier League.
Swansea have not won themselves since early September, with their early strong form trailing off. They are in 14th, and a victory could see them pushing in the direction of a top 10 finish again.
