Paul Merson has told SkySports he feels Tottenham will beat Bournemouth this coming weekend.
The former Arsenal midfielder believes his old North London rivals will have too much for the newly promoted side.
He said: "They'll have too much for Bournemouth. I was impressed with their display at Swansea and they should've won that game, they should've beaten Liverpool as well.
"Bournemouth come off the back a right hiding at City and their injury problems are for all to see."
Merson calls a 2-1 victory in Tottenham's favour, admitting the somewhat unlikely fact that this is the third consecutive week in a row he has backed them to win.
They have won one and drawn one of these games, with the pundit recently burned after he predicted Manchester City would enjoy a 'walk in the park' against Spurs at White Hart Lane, only for the home side to record a 4-1 win.
Spurs are currently in seventh in the Premier League while Bournemouth are in 17th place, although just six points separate the two teams at this early stage of the season.
In Bournemouth's favour is the home advantage, with Tottenham returning from a midweek trip to Belgium in the Europa League.
Mauricio Pochettino's side lost 2-1 to Anderlecht and this game is another potential banana skin which they will need to lift themselves up to avoid.
