Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino confirms injury return of Ryan Mason, has good news about three others

Nabil Bentaleb Spurs

Nabil Bentaleb, Heung-min Son and Tom Carroll are on the comeback trail.

Tottenham Hotspur take on Anderlecht in the Europa League tomorrow and have been boosted by the return of England international midfielder Ryan Mason.

The Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed to Sky Sports that Mason will be back in the squad in Brussels and could feature in the game.

He also confirmed that Nabil Bentaleb, Tom Carroll and Heung-min Son were all close to returning to the squad. Not so good news for Alex Pritchard however, with Poch confirming his return is much further down the line.

He stated:

"Mason is in the squad for tomorrow and maybe Sunday.

"Maybe he will not play many minutes but he is with us. Nabil Bentaleb is not in the squad but he is close, and so is Sonny and Tom Carroll. Pritchard is different."

Mason has been out of action since injuring himself scoring the winning goal against Sunderland in mid-September.

Bentaleb has not featured since the 0-0 draw with Everton and Son picked up a foot injury against Manchester City, also last month.

Carroll's last outing came against Monaco at the start of this month and he was also expected to be out for a long period of time, however it appears he is approaching his return to action.

Pritchard is reportedly out until the new year after undergoing ankle surgery and that looks like it remains the case.
