The Belgian midfielder is pin-pointed as the dangerman by Anderlecht's coach.
The two teams have had differing starts to their European campaigns. Spurs are top of their group with four points whilst Anderlecht sit bottom, with one point from two games. Their latest result - a 1-0 defeat against FK Qarabag in Azerbaijan would have been particularly hard to swallow.
Spurs will therefore expect to pick up a good result in Belgium - especially with their Belgian contingent in tow.
One of whom is the player that is most feared by the current Anderlecht boss Besnik Hasi. Rather than worry about the likes of Harry Kane or Christian Eriksen it is midfielder Mousa Dembele who is giving Hasi sleepless nights.
"I think all of Tottenham's Belgians are top.
"But I have a weakness for Dembele. He might not be consistent enough, but he has a lot of qualities. It is very difficult to put him on the ball. I hope he will not play against us."
Dembele put in perhaps one of his best performances in a Tottenham shirt recently as he starred in the 0-0 draw with Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday.
The midfielder showed off both his attacking and defensive qualities in the impressive performance.
If he can put in a similar performance against Anderlecht this week then Tottenham might just have seven points in the bag.
