Danny Murphy explained on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show on talkSPORT on Monday morning why Liverpool will finish above Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League table this season.
"I would still put my money on Liverpool based on firepower," said former Liverpool and Tottenham midfielder Murphy when asked by his co-presenter Alan Brazil who will finish high.
"I think they have got more goals in them than Tottenham," added the Englishman.
Tottenham are seventh in the Premier League table at the moment with 14 points from nine matches, just three points behind fourth-place West Ham United.

The appointment of Jurgen Klopp as the Liverpool manager has enhanced confidence and optimism around Anfield.
Liverpool are very much in the running for a top-four finish in the Premier League this season, and fans will hope that the German weaves his magic.
The likes of Philippe Coutinho, Christian Benteke, Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino are massive goal threats when on form and fully fit, but Tottenham also have good firepower.
England international striker Harry Kane is struggling for goals at the moment, but he remains a good player who will start scoring soon.
Summer signing Son Heung-min has already been among the goals, while Christian Eriksen is one of the most creative players in the Premier League.
