Sandro made just his second appearance of the campaign to date in the R's 2-1 loss to Birmingham City at the weekend, but he did not last for the duration of the contest.
However, the Brazilian insists that he is fully fit now, and he wants to play the whole match against Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday evening.
He said to the Kilburn Times: “I’m feeling good for the season now. It was a difficult summer for myself but I am fully focused now and ready to play for this team.
“I think the manager wanted to give me a rest in this game [substituted with 18 minutes remaining].
“But the next game I want play the full 90 minutes and help the team get the three points. This is a testing period for us all and one where we need to stay together.”
Sandro's return to the first-team fold at Loftus Road is a huge boost for QPR, as he offers them so much quality.
The former Tottenham Hotspur man is one of the most talented players in the Championship, and he could be massive for them if he can stay fit.
Sandro has had plenty of injury problems throughout his career so far, but he has shown his quality at the top-level previously.
With the R's struggling for form, they will need to central-midfielder to find his best, as the pressure is on them to start collecting results quickly.
