To be played on Wednesday 21st October 2015 at 18:45. Venue: City of Manchester Stadium,
Odds: Man City 4/6, Draw 16/5, Sevilla 18/5
Manchester City welcome La Liga side Sevilla to the Etihad Stadium later this week in a vital Champions League encounter.
City are currently third in Group D with three points from their first two matches while Wednesday’s opponents are ahead of them only on goal-difference.
Italian side Juventus currently lead the group with a 100 per cent record while Borussia Monchengladbach are without a point to date.
In early team news, City will have to make do without Aleksandar Kolarov, Gael Clichy, Fabian Delph, David Silva and Sergio Aguero, but Manuel Pellegrini’s side still has more than enough quality to secure a victory.
Sevilla are without the injured Daniel Carrico and they have minor doubts regarding Gael Kakuta, Fernando Llorente, Michael Krohn-Dehli and Luismi.
City ran out 5-1 winners against Bournemouth at the weekend so they should be buzzing for this match, while Sevilla drew 1-1 with Eibar.
Below is how we expect the two sides to line up later this week:
- Joe Hart
- Vincent Kompany
- Eliaquim Mangala
- Bacary Sagna
- Pablo Zabaleta
- Kevin De Bruyne
- Jesús Navas
- Raheem Sterling
- Yaya Touré
- Wilfried Bony
- Sergio Rico
- Marco Andreolli
- Timothée Kolodziejczak
- Benoît Trémoulinas
- Yevhen Konoplyanka
- Michael Krohn-Dehli
- Grzegorz Krychowiak
- Steven N'Zonzi
- José Antonio Reyes
