Cole will officially move to Coventry City on a month's emergency loan deal from Premier League outfit Villa today.
The former Chelsea and West Ham United attacking midfielder will remain at the League One outfit until November 22, as reported by BBC Sport.
It is a great coup from Coventry to sign a player who has won the Premier League title and the FA Cup three times each.
Cole should also be applauded for his decision to move to League One in order to play competitive matches instead of being a squad player at Premier League side Villa.
Villa defender Kinsella, 21, has praised the Englishman for his decision and has posted the following message on Twitter:
respect to Joe Cole still wanting to play games could just stay at the club picking up his wages not many people would do the Same— Lewis Kinsella (@Lewis_kinsella) October 16, 2015
Coventry are fifth in the League One table at the moment with 23 points from 12 matches, just four points behind leaders Gillingham with a game in hand.
