Wolverhampton Wanderers were beaten 4-2 by Derby County at the weekend.

Kenny Jackett has raved about the quality of Derby County's squad on Wolverhampton Wanderers' official site.

Jackett saw first-hand how strong Derby were on Sunday, when the Rams beat his side 4-2 in Championship action.

It was a performance which highlighted the strength of Paul Clement's team, and Jackett admits that they are very hard to stop when they hit form.

“I felt Derby were strong today – they deserved their win and will take some stopping,” said Jackett.

“Derby have very good players and once they are away with their passing and their combinations they are very difficult to stop.

“Derby are strong and have a lot of quality throughout the team, on the bench and even players not in the 18.

“Derby away is always a tough game, but just accepting their qualities isn’t something we just do – we have to improve and try to get better."

Derby's win over Wolves was made even more impressive, as Jackett's men have been in excellent form of late.

Wolves went into the game having gone unbeaten through their last four league fixtures, but they were unable to stop Derby's attacking talents.

Two goals from Chris Martin and solitary strikes from Bradley Johnson and Johnny Russell provided the Rams with the three points.

Derby have now moved into the play-off positions, and they have won five of their last six league matches.
