Derby County Huddle

Derby County won against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Championship on Sunday.

Derby County midfielder George Thorne has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Wolverhampton Wanderers at home on Saturday afternoon.

The Rams maintained their great run of form with a 4-2 victory over Wolves at the iPro Stadium in the Championship.

Chris Martin put Paul Clement’s side in the lead after just three minutes when he found the target from 20 yards.

Benik Afobe restored parity for Wolves on 19 minutes, but Martin made it 2-1 to Derby just before the half-hour mark.

Martin then had a penalty saved by Arsenal-owned Wolves goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez, but Bradley Johnson's soft strike made it 3-1 at the break.

Jonny Russell struck a fourth on 57 minutes, before Adam Le Fondre pulled one back for Wolves in the 64th minute.

Following the win, Derby midfielder Thorne posted the following message on Twitter:

Derby are sixth in the Championship table at the moment with 20 points from 11 matches, five points behind leaders Brighton & Hove Albion.
