Liverpool drew 0-0 with Tottenham on Saturday afternoon.
Liverpool claimed a point in the first game of the Jurgen Klopp era, as they played out a 0-0 draw away at Tottenham Hotspur.
All eyes were on White Hart Lane but not because of the home side, but more because of the fact that Klopp was taking charge of his first game with the Reds.
The German was appointed as Brendan Rodgers' successor just over a week ago, and the difference was noticeable as Klopp's famous gegenpressing tactic - full throttle pressing from front to back - was evident from the start, with Tottenham defenders hurried repeatedly.
It was a respectable point for Liverpool, with Spurs impressing so far this season, and it gives Klopp a platform to build upon ahead of games against Rubin Kazan and Southampton this coming week.
After the game against Spurs, a number of Liverpool players took to Twitter to air their thoughts, including goalkeeper Simon Mignolet, who made crucial saves to deny Harry Kane and Clinton N'Jie in the first half.
Defender Mamadou Sakho also reacts on Twitter after a superb personal display, whilst striker Divock Origi - who hit the crossbar in the first half - gave his thoughts after making his first Premier League start for the club.
