We feel a bit sorry for Daniel Sturridge but he really is made of glass isn't he?
Poor Daniel Sturridge, he really can't catch a break, unless it's a bone in leg, he's an expert at that. The Liverpool forward was set to lead the line in Jurgen Klopp's first game in charge on Saturday.
And every Liverpool fan was looking forward to seeing their clinical striker play without having to show too much 'character' and just get on with scoring goals.
Sadly for him, the fans and Klopp, Sturridge managed to pick up a slight knee injury and had to miss the game. In fact, the 25-year-old has only played two 90 minutes in the Premier League this season, but has scored twice.
So, with the news breaking that Sturridge would not be featuring in Liverpool's clash with Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham Hotspur, fans across the country took to Twitter to have a very cheeky pop at him and his injury nightmares.
We reckon he probably shouldn't check Twitter for a bit, he might strain his finger or something, so here are some of the best tweets all in one place about his injury.

I don't know if Sturridge is a class player or a glass player. Injury customer.— Chairman (@ebuka_akara) October 17, 2015
