Crystal Palace and West Ham United will face each other at Selhurst Park in the Premier League this afternoon.

West Ham United co-chairman David Gold has been singing the praises of Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew on the club’s official website.

The Hammers will take on Palace away from home at Selhurst Park in the Premier League this afternoon.

“Alan Pardew has done a remarkable job and they were not in great shape when he first took over,” Gold wrote on West Ham’s official website. “But he has made them into a very good side.”

Pardew has been superb at Palace so far, and he should be praised for what he has done at Selhurst Park in the last few months.

The former Newcastle United manager took charge of the Eagles in the middle of last season and guided them to a 10th-place finish in the Premier League.

The London outfit are fourth in the league table at the moment and will fancy their chances of winning against West Ham this afternoon.

Palace have conceded only two goals in their last four league games and are yet to draw a match in any competition this season. West Ham are unbeaten in their last five Premier League games.
