The Tottenham Hotspur playmaker went a little under the radar v Liverpool but his contribution should be appreciated.
Christian Eriksen deserves plenty of praise for his performance against Liverpool on Saturday afternoon.
Indeed, despite Tottenham drawing 0-0 with Jurgen Klopp's side, there were several chances created in what at least started off as a thrilling encounter.
And Dane Eriksen was responsible for a high percentage of those chances.
Linking together with his team-mates well, the 22-year-old delivered in the right areas for the north London side...

As Opta stats show, Eriksen created more than double the amount of chances of any other Tottenham player v Liverpool. He also completed 15 passes in the final third.
Interestingly, Mousa Dembele, who was fantastic but in a deeper position against the Reds, didn't create any chances and made most of his passes in the middle of the park and not further forward.
That put the onus on the Dane to create where it mattered and he did. Eriksen certainly wasn't superb but is showing signs that he can once again hit top form soon.
And, if Tottenham had put away some of those chances, more emphasis may have been placed on the role the 23-year-old played for Spurs.
