The Spurs boss has been recognised for his team's performances this season.
Spurs won all three of their Premier League games last month to continue what has been a gradual progression this season.
It took until the fifth round of fixtures for Spurs to register their first win after one defeat and three draws from their first four games.
A dominant performance at the Stadium of Light was rewarded with three points courtesy of a late Ryan Mason strike against the Black Cats.
The following week saw another one-sided performance finish 1-0, this time with summer signing Heung-Min Son grabbing the match-winner.
Manchester City arrived in town six days later and a thrilling match - in which the energy and aggression of Pochettino’s men proved too much for City - ended 4-1 to Spurs.
Their excellent showing has brought about recognition for the Argentine, but he was quick to praise the contribution of those around him.
"It's a collective honour because we must recognise first our players, all coaching staff and the fans," said Pochettino, in quotes published by the LES.
"It's good not just for me but for the whole club. It's very important. Okay it's 'manager of the month' but we need to recognise all people involved in the team. The whole club deserve this award.”
