Slaven Bilic warns West Ham United about Crystal Palace's quality

West Ham United travel to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Slaven Bilic has warned his West Ham United squad about the quality that Crystal Palace have in their ranks, in the London Evening Standard

The Hammers take on Palace on Saturday looking to preserve their unbeaten away record since the start of the season.

However, Bilic admits that he is expecting a tough match, and feels that the Eagles' attacking class could cause his side plenty of problems.

"Palace are very solid at the back and up front they have six players from which they are choosing four," the Croatian boss said. "Those six are sharp, fast and direct. With Yohan Cabaye, especially, they have good delivery from all areas.

"It is important we keep the momentum going. We need points. The League can change so quickly — you can find yourself flying one moment and then in trouble the next. We want to keep flying."

'Sharp, fast and direct' are adjectives which could also be used to describe West Ham's attack this season, as they have been a formidable opponent.

The Hammers have already toppled Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool in the early part of the campaign, and they appear to be one of the most dangerous teams in the Premier League on their travels.

Bilic has got his charges firing, with the side firing in 17 goals in their opening eight league matches - a return which has only been bettered by Manchester City.

Palace, meanwhile, have also pieced together a fine start to the new campaign, and they will be looking to protect their position in the top four by picking up another positive result at the weekend.
