Rodney Marsh reacts on Twitter to Les Ferdinand's comments about QPR boss

QPR Mascot And Fans

The Queens Park Rangers icon has been discussing the club on social media once again.

Rodney Marsh has taken to Twitter after hearing Les Ferdinand's recent comments about QPR head coach Chris Ramsey.

Indeed, Ferdinand was candid about boss Ramsey this week, admitting he needs to 'step up his game' - according to West London Sport.

And Marsh was intrigued by the comments, taking another opportunity to criticise the direction in which the club is heading.

Over the past few months, the former QPR forward has been sceptical of how the R's are progressing under owner Tony Fernandes.

And, in response to head of football operations Ferdinand's latest quotes, Marsh has criticised the 'five-year plan' and where QPR find themselves at this moment in time.

When a follower responded with a joke about his time as director of football, Marsh responded with clarification that he isn't criticising Ferdinand himself but rather the position the west London club are in.

QPR travel to Birmingham City this weekend, with the R's sitting three points being Gary Rowett's men, who are currently fourth in the Championship table.

It seems every loss puts pressure on Ramsey these days and, especially in light of Ferdinand's comments, he'll be eager to get a result this weekend.
