The England international striker has struggled with injuries this season and has been able to make just two appearances in the Premier League.
The 26-year-old former Newcastle United and Liverpool man is fully fit now and is available for selection for Saturday’s league game against Crystal Palace away from home at Selhurst Park.
West Ham co-chairman Gold is delighted to see Carroll back to full fitness, and has stated that he has been impressed with his attitude.
“Whenever I have seen Andy this season, he is looking so strong and desperate to get back into first-team action,” Gold wrote on West Ham’s official website.
“I know that the stats are on him are better than they have ever been before and it shows how hard he has worked throughout the summer, both in the gym and now out on the pitch again.”
West Ham are sixth in the Premier League table at the moment with 14 points from eight matches, just a point behind fourth-place Palace.
Slaven Bilic’s side are doing well without Carroll, which means that the former Newcastle star will have to make the most of the chances he will get.
