Saido Berahino Tweets defiant message for West Brom as they seek crucial win

Is it too soon to say this is a relegation six-pointer?

West Bromwich Albion are taking on Sunderland this weekend and are in desperate need of a result. They have lost their last three games in all competitions, including a 2-0 defeat at Crystal Palace last week that left them one place outside the relegation zone.

It has been a tumultuous campaign for West Brom, mainly due to the situation off the pitch regarding their star striker Saido Berahino.

He caused a ruckus at the club this summer with his desire to join up with Tottenham Hotspur - a deal that never came off for the disgruntled star.

He has since come back into first-team action, scoring against Aston Villa upon his return to action last month.

Now he is seemingly full devoted to the cause and sent out this tweet earlier today suggesting he is more than ready for the Sunderland fixture this weekend. He tweeted:

West Brom however face a team who themselves need a win and are desperate to get it in Sam Allardyce's first game in charge.

Berahino and co will need to be in top form if they are to get back into winning ways this weekend.
