Sunderland are second from bottom in the league table at the moment with just three points from eight matches.
Forward QPR and Manchester City forward Marsh believes that Sunderland will avoid the drop, but he has mocked Allardyce’s playing style, branding it as “hoofball”.

The football Allardyce’s teams have played over the years has not been pretty, but it has been ‘effective’.
The Englishman knows the Premier League inside out, and he is the best man to keep Sunderland up.
While one can expect the Black Cats to play direct and long-ball football (or 'hoofball'), it is points that matter for Sunderland right now, not the style in which they are achieved.
