Rob Kiernan has spoken of his belief that Rangers are not yet the finished article, on the club's official website.
The Light Blues have brushed aside all comers so far this campaign, and they are currently nine points clear at the top of the Scottish Championship table.
However, Kiernan insists that there is still improvement to be made, with the squad keen to learn from Mark Warburton on the training ground.
"There are things we need to work on and improve, but we are a new team still, and myself, Danny and Dom Ball are fighting each and every week for two spots," he said.
“We’re not the finished article yet, but we’re improving every day and we’re getting there.
“We’re on a good path, so we’ll carry on.”
Rangers' start to the season has been remarkable, considering the volume of change that happened at the club over the summer.
The Gers brought in a number of new players and changed their manager, but the transition has been a seamless one.
Rangers have been playing some of their most fluid football in recent times, and they look to be a team packed with quality and confidence.
Warburton's side's next game comes against Queens of the South on Saturday, and they will be hoping to take their winning run in the league into double figures.
