Liverpool are entering a new era under Jurgen Klopp, and one player who needs to step up his game in order to play an important role is Roberto Firmino.
The Brazil international attacking midfielder joined Liverpool from Bundesliga outfit Hoffenheim amid hype and expectations, but he has been nothing but a failure in the Premier League so far.
The 24-year-old has created just seven chances in six Premier League appearances for the Reds so far this campaign.
Firmino has yet to score, has a pass accuracy of 73% and a shot accuracy of 50%, and has won three headers, 11 dribbles and 13 tackles.
The main problem with the Brazilian has been that Brendan Rodgers could not find the right position for him in the Liverpool starting lineup.
Klopp would know more about Firmino than most, having watched him in action when he was working as the Borussia Dortmund coach.
However, the Brazilian will have to prove to the new Liverpool boss that he deserves to play regularly.
