Everton welcome Manchester United to Goodison Park on Saturday as the two sides get back to domestic matters following the latest international break.
Last time out Everton drew 1-1 with Liverpool while United lost 3-0 against Arsenal in the first of a tricky double-header away from Old Trafford.
The second match comes against the Toffees this weekend and Roberto Martinez’s side will be quietly confident of getting the better of Louis van Gaal’s men.
United cannot afford to lose again if they want to maintain the pressure on current league leaders City but anything can happen in these encounters.
In early team news, Everton are without Steven Pienaar, Tom Cleverley, Leighton Baines and Tony Hibbert while Muhamed Besic and John Stones are minor doubts but should recover.
As for United, they must do without defender Luke Shaw and Paddy McNair and they also have doubts regarding Marcos Rojo.
Other United players have minor knocks but should be back, including Wayne Rooney, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Michael Carrick and Ander Herrera.
