One draw… Predicting Celtic’s five games this month

Celtic will face Motherwell, Molde, Dundee United, Hearts and Aberdeen this month.

Motherwell v Celtic (Scottish Premiership, October 17)

Motherwell are struggling in the Scottish Premiership at the moment, and one should not expect them to pose too much of a challenge to Celtic.

The Bhoys, though, should not be complacent and must try to break the deadlock as early as possible in the match at Fir Park.

Motherwell 0-2 Celtic

Molde v Celtic (Europa League, Group A, October 22)

Celtic need to step up their game in Europe and have to get at least a point against Molde away from home in the Europa League Group A clash next week.

Manager Ronny Deila needs to show that he can achieve some success with the Hoops in Europe.

Winning against Molde in Norway will be tough, but Celtic can come away with a point.

Molde 2-2 Celtic

Celtic v Dundee United (Scottish Premiership, October 25)

An easy win for Celtic? Certainly. Dundee United are at the foot of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment and could get hammered at Celtic Park.

Celtic 4-0 Dundee United

Hearts v Celtic (Scottish League Cup, quarter-final, October 28)

Hearts are doing well in the Scottish Premiership this season, and they will be looking to knock Celtic out of the Scottish League Cup.

Deila’s side, though, should show their quality and win this quarter-final tie.

Hearts 1-2 Celtic

Celtic v Aberdeen (Scottish Premiership, October 31)

Aberdeen defeated Celtic 2-1 at home in September, and the Glasgow giants will be determined to take revenge.

A draw is a likely outcome, but the Hoops should be able to edge this encounter.

Celtic 1-0 Aberdeen
