Sol Bamba joined Leeds United from Italian club Palermo on a permanent contract in the summer transfer window after playing on loan last season and has continued to play well.
The Ivory Coast international central defender has been one of the two best players for the Whites so far this season.
In 10 Championship appearances this campaign, the 30-year-old has created three chances, has a pass accuracy of 78%, and has won 38 headers, eight dribbles and 20 tackles.
Bamba is a leader at the back, and he will have to be in top form throughout the season for the West Yorkshire outfit to finish in the top 10 of the Championship.
Chris Wood’s main job at Leeds is to score goals, and from that perspective the New Zealand international striker has done excellently.
The former Leicester City man has scored four goals and created 12 chances in nine Championship appearances.
