According to the London Evening Standard, Chelsea could recall striker Patrick Bamford from his loan spell at Crystal Palace.
Bamford, 22, signed for Chelsea from Nottingham Forest in 2012, and has long been considered as one of the biggest up-and-coming stars in the Stamford Bridge ranks.
Despite that reputation, Bamford has yet to make his debut with the Blues, and has spent time on loan at Milton Keynes Dons, Derby County and Middlesbrough, before joining Palace this summer.
A move to a Premier League club was seen as the best way for Bamford to continue his development, but the next big step hasn't worked out well for Bamford so far.
Alan Pardew has given Bamford just 16 minutes of Premier League action this term, and the Eagles could now lose the forward in the near future.
The London Evening Standard report that Chelsea are far from happy with Bamford's playing time at Selhurst Park, and are considering recalling the striker as a result.
Another loan move could be on the cards should Bamford return to West London, with the move to Palace clearly not working out right now - though Palace may still need a new striker considering the lack of impact from big summer signing Connor Wickham.
