West Ham and Tottenham have been named by French website Maxifoot as two clubs most likely to hold interest in PSG's Adrien Rabiot.
The French under-21 international is expected to push for an exit from the club this January after continually finding himself on the bench.
Rabiot, 20, has played only 124 minutes of football this season in Ligue 1.
Maxifoot report PSG are happy to negotiate with interested club should an offer arrive, with the player making clear his desire to move on to play first team football on a regular basis.
Tottenham were linked with the midfielder by The Times in June, with the paper reporting they had expressed their interest in Rabiot to PSG.
The talented prospect has been unable to dislodge established players like Blaise Matuidi and Thiago Motta from their places in Laurent Blanc's side.
At Spurs, Rabiot could become a replacement for midfielder Mousa Dembele, who the Evening Standard reported the club are considering selling. West Ham could seek to use him to back-up Mark Noble and eventually win a place in the side.
