Dele Alli was a second half substitute against Lithuania.
The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder was a second half substitute in the 3-0 win over Lithuania, coming on in the 67th minute for Liverpool's Adam Lallana, who had combined with Harry Kane for the game's second goal.
Alli went about making an early impact, nutmegging opponents, a skill he showcased in pre-season against Real Madrid.
He managed 25 touches during his time on the pitch, having one shot at goal, and attempting 19 passes, completed at a rate of 89.5 per cent.
It was a good early taste of action with the Three Lions for the teenager, which will leave him wanting more, and this can only be a positive for Tottenham.
When injured senior players like Arsenal's Jack Wilshere return, Alli may find getting into the England squad tougher, but his performance showed he was not out of place, regardless of the opposition.
The former MK Dons ace has adapted well to the Premier League early this season, and continual improvement will see him remain in the hunt for a Euro 2016 spot.
Here is a look at how England fans reacted to Alli's display...
