The pair are former MK Dons team-mates.
Last night saw Dele Alli have a landmark moment in his football career. The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder came on in the second half of England's Euro 2016 qualifier with Estonia and made his international debut for England.
There is no doubt that Alli is a talent. Tottenham fans are highly enthusiastic of a big future for the former MK Dons man, who signed for the club in a £5 million deal in January.
But while he might be at Tottenham it has emerged now that Alli is in fact a fan of another London team - Chelsea.
This story has come about from a tweet sent by current Crystal Palace loanee Patrick Bamford in October 2013.
The Chelsea youngster, who has spent time on loan at Middlesbrough and Derby County, was with MK Dons at the time and a team-mate of the then 17-year-old Alli when he tweeted this message:
Of course Tottenham fans should not be worrying themselves too much now.
At the moment Alli is a Spurs player and he certainly seems to be enjoying himself at the club. Some way down the line his allegiance to Chelsea may cause a problem. But for now, Spurs should simply enjoy the talent they have on their hands.
